Remove local data

To remove app-private progress, recovery backups, unfinished gardens, notebook entries, privacy preferences and SDK storage, use Android Settings → Apps → Loopgarden → Storage → Clear storage. Android menu names vary. This is destructive and also removes the local recovery backup. Uninstalling can also remove local app data; manage Android/platform backup copies separately.

The game has no complete in-game save-erasure control or full-save export. “Clear” only resets the drawn path. If you want to keep individual puzzles, copy their challenge codes before removing storage. This does not preserve complete progress or the full notebook. Removing app storage does not erase codes retained by recipients, other independent copies or provider records.

Reporting and review-access choices

Turn usage statistics and local crash reporting off in Settings to stop new game-owned reporting calls. Local crash capture may continue until the initialized app process ends. “Reset analytics data” requests an on-device SDK reset; it is not confirmed remote deletion.

In “Manage pending crash reports”, choose “Delete pending reports” for the available batch. The app records and requests deletion; the screen does not confirm its completion. Previously queued sends cannot be recalled, and a later crash can create new reports. “Not now” closes report management without sending the batch.

Where reviewer access is used, “Remove review access” removes its local access receipt or attempts to save an inactive marker if deletion fails. This is separate from deleting your game saves or any Google Play purchase.

Provider-record requests

For a request about data held through Google/Firebase or RevenueCat, email Black and Blue at developer@blackandblue.co.in with Loopgarden and minimal request details. Do not attach passwords, tokens, reviewer codes, payment-card data or private save exports. Matching an anonymous app-specific provider record may require additional safe identification; an email alone is not the anonymous billing identifier.

A request is not an automatic backend purge or a completion receipt. Provider and legal retention limits can apply. Deleting a RevenueCat customer profile does not cancel a purchase or erase Google Play transaction/legal history. Manage previously shared codes and Android/platform backup copies separately. See retention details.
