Contact support safely
For help, email developer@blackandblue.co.in. Include Loopgarden, the app and Android versions, and a short technical description. Do not send passwords, tokens, reviewer codes, payment-card information or private save exports.
Local progress and challenge codes
Progress, unfinished gardens, daily results, challenge drafts, notebook entries and settings are stored on your device. A local recovery backup may restore older progress if the main save cannot be read. There is no publisher-operated cloud account or recovery service.
“Clear” removes the drawn path, not all saved progress. “Copy this code” copies a puzzle code to the clipboard; it is not a full-save export. Shared codes can remain with recipients. Before clearing Android storage, retain any challenge codes you still want to keep. See local deletion choices.
Pro and store access
The entire endless journey stays free. Pro adds palettes, flowers and a garden notebook. Selecting “Explore Pro extras” or “Retry store” starts the configured RevenueCat client and checks the app-specific store offering and customer status. Store activity is separate from optional reporting.
Use the Play account associated with the purchase and a network connection for store operations. The app uses loopgarden_default and checks the loopgarden_pro product/entitlement. An unavailable price or failed status check does not confirm a purchase or restoration. Try “Retry store”; use “Restore purchase” when the store client is available. A local cached state does not establish current remote entitlement status.
Privacy and reporting controls
In Settings, “Share usage statistics” and “Enable local crash reports” require the “I am 18 or older” self-confirmation. New game reporting starts off each session. Ages 13–17 can play the free game with reporting off; the checkbox does not verify age or parental/regional consent.
Turning local crash reporting off stops new game error logging, but an initialized handler may continue local capture until the app process ends. “Manage pending crash reports” checks for a pending batch and offers Send, Delete or Not now. Opening it may initialize capture. A send/deletion request is not confirmation of delivery or complete erasure, and queued sends cannot be recalled.
“Reset analytics data” requests an on-device Analytics SDK reset when the service is active. It does not confirm deletion of data already held by Google. See privacy and retention and deletion choices.
